How much does shipping cost?

Standard Tracked Shipping via Canada Post is $12 flat rate within Canada, and $15 in the USA. Canadian Orders over $100 qualify for free shipping.

How long does it usually take for my order to ship?

We strive to ship in stock items within 7-10 days (sooner if possible). I am one person working hard to coordinate all packing and inventory. Should you require your items urgently please send a follow up email to pippaandpeach@gmail.com.

Preordering Items

As a small business, we work with a small production team- which means we may have open preorders for items that are in production. We endeavor to be as transparent and realistic as possible with timelines, and list approx ETA. of when they will arrive for us to package and ship. Please be patient with us and follow our social media for updates and delays.

Can I combine am in stock item with a preorder item

The answer is yes. However, if your order contains both preordered items and In stock items we will not ship your order until we have packaged it in its entirety due to shipping costs. Should you wish for items to ship separately, please either purchase separately, or you may be invoiced for additional shipping.

How can I track my order?

Once your order is on its way, or available for pick up, you will receive an email which includes your tracking number or local pick up instructions. Often these land in your junkmail, so please add us to your contact list, or watch your junkmail for notifications

Do you have a Local Pick up Option?

Yes, we do have a local pick up option at our Boutique Location in St. Catharines, near downtown. You must CHOOSE this option at checkout (it often defaults to shipping). Once your order is ready, our address and pick up details will be emailed to you. Please do not come to pick up your order until you have received notification that it is ready.

Who is Pippa and Peach?

Pippa and Peach is a small clothing Brand, established in Niagara region. We custom design and sew all of our pieces using a small, local production team. We believe that everyone deserves to feel confident and comfortable showing up as themselves, and strive to create pieces that help achieve that goal, no matter what your day may bring.

What is your Return/ Exchange policy

We recognize that shopping online will not always result in a "perfect fit." As such, we are happy to offer a 30 day return/ exchange policy on Regular in stock items, pending they are unwashed, unworn and tags still attached. Should you wish to return your item, it is the customer responsibility to email us notifying us of the return/ exchange, provide return tracking number and cover the return shipping back to us. Once this is received, your exchange or refund will be processed.

Limited Edition and preorder items are NOT applicable for return. Pending stock availability we may be able to offer an exchange or store credit. This is a store policy with no exceptions.

Where can I find Sizing information?

We provide guidelines and tips on each product listing. We also have a link to our general size chart here. Please also review our pinned blog post about how to take your measurements and find your size.

What is the proper way to wash and care for my pieces?

We utilize soft, quality fabrics. In order to prolong the life of your garments, we recommend washing in cold and hanging to dry. You may tumble dry on LOW heat for 5 mins or less to loosen the occasional wrinkle, however washing and drying on high heat will break down the fibres and spandex in your garments, and shorten the life of your garments.

Do you offer Discount Codes?

Occasionally we will provide coupon codes with special offers and discounts. These can be found in emails, on social media, or at promotional events. Discount codes can be entered at Checkout - just look for the “Enter Coupon Code” box on the right hand side.

Discount and promo codes cannot be combined, and may be excluded from use on certain items. Coupon codes are for one time use only and we reserve the right to suspend their usage at any moment. {This includes our Email Subscriber Welcome code- it may only be used during your first Purchase. Abuse of this code will result in order cancellation}

Do you offer Alterations?

While we recognize that 1 shape does not always fit all bodies, we do not personally offer alterations. However, we do have a few suggestions before your alter your pieces:


1. Examine the fit, and inquire regarding if perhaps sizing up or down may address your concerns.

2. Always purchase to fit the largest part of your body (Ie: fit your hips and bum and have the waist taken in)

3. BEFORE you have a garment altered, we recommend you wash and dry as you normally would to ensure that any shrinkage etc has happened PRIOR to alteration.

What is Sezzle?

What is Sezzle?

Sezzle is a payment solution that gives you the freedom to buy now and pay later - with no interest! When you use Sezzle to complete your purchase, Pippa and Peach processes your order as normal - there's no difference to your online shopping experience, except you'll only have to pay 25% off the cost upfront.

It's a Third Party App just like Paypal, except it gives you the freedom to pay for your purchase over time.

How does Sezzle Work?

With Sezzle, the total cost of your purchase gets broken down into smaller payments. We'll ask you to pay 25% of your order up-front, and the remaining amount is spread out over 3 more equal installments over the next 6 weeks.

There are no interest or processing fees. A fee will only be charged to you by Sezzle if a payment fails or you need to postpone your payments more than once per order.

Are Exchanges/ Refunds possible if I use Sezzle to pay?

Yes, the process to return or exchange your order is exactly the same as any other purchase made at Pippa and Peach.

If you return part or all of your order, the installments will be adjusted by Sezzle and you will be refunded for what you have already paid.
