COVID-19 Update: We will be continuing to sew in our home. Please note that based on the limited fabric quantity on hand, some items may flip to a PREORDER option.
If your item is set for preorder, we anticipate a turn around 3 weeks currently to create your piece and prepare it to ship due to a high volume of orders
We will be practising safe social distancing and organizing Canada Post pick ups weekly from our home, in a contact free way.
Further to this, we will be offering free local porch pick up in St. Catharines and alternately, Free Shipping over $100 Canada wide.
Due to the Nature of us being a Small Business, we are unable to offer Refunds at this time. LIMITED EDITION and Preorder items are FINAL SALE, unless they arrive with a visible defect. Please review our size charts carefully, and inquire with any fit related questions PRIOR TO PURCHASE. We are unable to guarantee an item is in stock to exchange your item if the fit is not what you had hoped. If we are able to accomodate an exchange because we have your product in stock, it is YOUR RESPONSIBILITY TO SHIP THE ITEM BACK TO US( and cover shipping costs) prior to us sending out the exchanged item.
